The purpose of this portfolio is to introduce you to the knowledge, strengths, skills, and abilities of instructional designer, Lisa shemon.  With a lengthy and diverse background in education and the theories of child and adult learning, the designs you see will reflect thoughtful methods based on careful analysis, systematic design, and redesign based on formative and summative assessments.  As you move through each of the tabs from left to right at the top of the page, you will learn more about Lisa, personally and professionally, including specific skills sets, goals, sample instruction, and her professional resume.
