Since graduating from UT, and experiencing the corporate learning space, Lisa has sharpened her skills in curriculum development, Instructional Design, and people management, quickly earning trust from her clients and her team to deliver the best learning solutions.
Lisa brings more than 30 years of experience in education and learning, guided by a commitment to helping learners succeed through flexible, accessible, and meaningful experiences. Her work has reinforced the value of alternative learning modalities and environments for people who may not thrive in traditional settings. Grounded in the learning and design theories she developed through her M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology, Lisa applies this perspective to learners of all ages and settings.
In her current corporate role, Lisa has grown from a Learning Experience Designer into a people leader.
